Charcoal before packing is released from fraction less than 20 mm.

Provisional fractional structure in a place of loading.:
- fraction 2 - 3 sm no more than 10 %
- fraction 3 - 8 sm - about 60 %
- fraction 8 -12 sm no more than 30 %
